Bonington House

The latest book from  ALHG focuses on the fascinating history of this Georgian House. It challenges long held assumptions about who commissioned the original contruction and who lived inside its walls. The emphasis is on the people who lived, worked, met and socialised in the house and not on the artist who's name it bears.

The second part of the book is cellar to attic, photographic and descriptive survey of the house giving an undoctored record of the building in its current state.

Available direct from the author (bonington2022@gmail.com), ALHG (alhgroupo@gmail.com) or at ALHG meetings/events. Price £10.
